Opportunity As Business Development Director, Europe, you will lead the development and execution of our strategic sales initiatives, focusing on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and cultivating long-term client partnerships in the insurance sector. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer,



you will play a pivotal leadership role in scaling our business in Europe by aligning sales strategies with broader organizational goals, building robust client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Revenue and New Business Actively identify approach and engage insurance companies across Europe. Personally lead sales conversations from first contact through proposal negotiation and closing. Convert complex client requirements into clear commercial proposals together with internal teams. Market Development Build the regional pipeline through direct outreach networking referrals and industry events.
Develop a strong understanding of local insurance markets and customer needs. Sales Execution Own the full sales cycle and be accountable for results. Manage opportunities in the CRM system and keep pipeline data accurate and up to date. Negotiate commercial and contractual terms directly with clients. Bring clear customer feedback from the field to help shape product positioning and sales messaging. Share
