As a Lead Tendering Manager , you will manage the end-to-end tendering process for Power Transmission projects, developing competitive and compliant technical and commercial proposals. You will work closely with Sales, Commercial, Project Management and integral factory teams to ensure accurate costing, pricing, risk assessment and successful project handover.
Provide technical expertise and solutions during the pre-ITO process, working closely with Commercial teams and analysing customer requirements, scope, specifications, schedules, performance and costs.
Participate in GO/NO GO decisions and tender approvals with the Tendering Manager, PSS and KAMs.
Prepare offer costing, tender documentation,



risk analysis and project margin estimates in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with global factories and internal stakeholders, lead the handover of awarded projects to Project Managers, and support execution with technical clarifications and change orders.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Proven experience as Tendering Manager or Project Manager within the high-voltage industry.
Experience of electrical transmission and distribution industry.
Spanish & English fluent (minimum C1)
