We are seeking a highly technical Product Line Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of our Observability Platform supporting retail commerce infrastructure including POS systems, self-checkout devices, store edge infrastructure, and cloud services. This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, telemetry, distributed systems, AI-driven observability, and product strategy.
The Product Line Manager will define how telemetry signals from hardware, operating systems, middleware, and applications are collected, processed, analyzed, and transformed into intelligent operational insights and automated responses.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for the Observability Platform.
Identify opportunities to deliver telemetry-driven operational intelligence across hardware devices, operating systems, middleware, and applications.
Translate customer needs and operational challenges into scalable platform capabilities.
Align the observability platform strategy with broader edge computing,



cloud platform, and retail infrastructure initiatives.
Product Line Ownership Own the full product lifecycle including strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, release planning, and lifecycle management.
Define the platform capability roadmap including telemetry collection, data processing, analytics, visualization, and automated response mechanisms.
Manage product evolution across multiple technology layers.
Observability Platform Architecture
Collaborate with engineering teams to define and evolve the architecture.
Ensure the platform supports high-volume telemetry ingestion across large fleets of retail devices and systems.
AI-Driven Observability & AIOps Define product capabilities that enable AI-driven operational intelligence, including:
anomaly detection across metrics, logs, and traces
Intelligent alert correlation
predictive failure detectionroot cause analysis automation
capacity
