We are seeking a dynamic, self-directed, and experienced individual to join our team as a Trade Show and Event Manager. This role is instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing successful trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our company and products to a diverse audience by means of creating engaging experiences for attendees. Trade Show Planning and Coordination:
Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including booth selection, registration, logistics, and budget management.
Develop and maintain relationships with trade show organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
Event Management:
Plan and execute company-sponsored events such as product launches, seminars, and networking receptions.
Collaborate with internal teams to define event goals, themes, and messaging.
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup,



and onsite staffing.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, signage, and collateral for trade shows and events.
Implement pre-event marketing campaigns to generate excitement and drive attendance.
Leverage social media platforms and other channels to amplify event reach and engagement.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for trade shows and events, ensuring expenses are within allocated limits.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
Track expenses, reconcile invoices, and provide regular financial reports to management.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of trade shows and events against predefined objectives.
Analyze metrics such as attendance, leads generated, and return on investment to inform future event strategies.
