Offer Description
Design and execute the sampling plan for seeds, flours, powders, and textured products.
Collect, identify, store, and prepare samples for analysis.
Determine the nutritional and mineral composition of the analyzed samples.
Evaluate the physicochemical, rheological, and structural properties of the samples.
Acquire, process,



and optimize hyperspectral data and images using capture and spectral analysis systems.
Develop, optimize, and validate statistical and artificial intelligence models for the classification and prediction of samples.

Item 02: Master's Thesis (TFM) on a topic related to the project Experience in Food Chemistry, Quality Control, and food authenticity laboratory activities. Suitability for the project's activities: education, previous experience, and added value for the receiving team Computer skills (punctuation: 55)
Item 03: Personal interview. The interview will be conducted only with those candidates who, in the sum of the merits, reach a minimum of 50 points (punctuation: 15)
