Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), including risk assessments, stress testing and scenario analysis.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk appetite metrics and escalate material breaches or emerging risks.
- Coordinate periodic risk assessments with business functions and maintain the corporate risk register.
- Analyse and report on underwriting, operational, conduct, strategic, regulatory, liquidity and emerging risks.
- Support the production of risk reports for senior management, Boards and Board Committees.




- Contribute to the assessment of outsourced activities and third-party risk management arrangements.
- Assist in the review of new products, business initiatives and strategic projects from a risk perspective.
- Support the monitoring of compliance with Solvency II governance requirements and related regulatory expectations.
- Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and information requests.
- Monitor relevant developments from EIOPA, national supervisory authorities and other regulatory bodies.
- Support Business Continuity, Operational Resilience and Incident Management processes where applicable.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of risk policies, procedures and governance documentation.
- Contribute to ESG and sustainability risk assessments where required.
