About the Role
Our client is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Catering Staff to join their event service team in Queenstown. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced work environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for setting up events, serving food and beverages, attending to guest needs, and clearing down after events. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as required.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and special needs during events.
- Assist with the clearing of dishes, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas throughout the event.




- Participate in the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces post-service.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
