At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest and most prestigious luxury landmarks, we are looking for a passionate, service-oriented, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to join our Wellness team.

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional spa experience from arrival to departure. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the spa, combining outstanding guest service with strong coordination, administrative, and sales skills.

About the Role

As a Spa Receptionist at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you are an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, responsible for creating memorable wellness experiences through personalized service and operational excellence.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) offered on a permanent contract, with a schedule aligned to the operational needs of the Spa.

You will work closely with Spa Therapists, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding guest journey.

Key Responsibilities
