We are looking for a Cell Therapy Coordinator to support treatment centres and ensure a smooth and seamless experience throughout the CAR‑T treatment journey This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with healthcare professionals, coordinating complex processes, and helping patients access advanced therapies
Key Responsibilities
- Support treatment centres throughout the CAR‑T treatment process.
- Coordinate operational activities related to patient treatment and cell logistics.
- Act as the primary contact for nurse coordinators and other site stakeholders.
- Monitor patient and cell journey milestones and proactively communicate updates.
- Help resolve operational issues and support exceptions, rescheduling and cancellations when required.
- Provide training and support on order management systems and processes.
