Amazon is seeking an ISX Partner Coach in Spain to lead in-store returns improvements across partner locations. You will field-train partner teams, analyze performance data, and drive scalable programs to elevate the customer experience.
As a founding member of the EU ISX initiative, you will shape strategies, design rollout plans, and build processes while traveling frequently within Spain and across EU locations. Fluent Spanish and English required.
