Role Mission
Ensure the highest level of satisfaction for both internal and external customers through the end-to-end management of Customer Service operations, guaranteeing the effective execution of the order-to-delivery process, product availability, logistics coordination, and timely resolution of customer issues. Actively contribute to operational excellence by driving service performance, achieving On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) targets, and continuously improving processes,
while supporting business growth and ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
What your responsibilities will be
- You will ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers.
- You will perform a day to day management of defined customer accounts for tasks such as; customer accounts set up and customer data management, monitoring product availability, product batch allocation, sales order process in SAP, orders preparation and monitoring with EMEA warehouse, logistics organization for product delivery, shipments and transports follow up with warehousing and transportation providers to ensure validated packaging and products integrity, product and services billing, preparation and monitoring with EMEA warehouse, logistics organization for product delivery, shipments and transports follow up with warehousing and transportation providers to ensure validated packaging and prod
