Leading Edge Aviation Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor on a fixed term contract to lead the student experience at our Alhama Campus in Spain. The role focuses on standards, escalation, and continuous improvement of non-training elements of the student journey, including welfare, accommodation, communications and service continuity.
The post holder reports to the Centre Manager and works closely with the Oxford-based CX team, with responsibility for local leadership of the CX
