About the Role
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking experienced M&A; consultants based in the EU or UK to enhance the realism, technical accuracy, and actionable value of AI-powered M&A; systems.
What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs on M&A; topics, including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, valuation, post-merger integration, and stakeholder management
- Evaluate AI responses for deal realism, sound reasoning, and direct applicability to M&A; scenarios
- Draft realistic M&A; case studies and negotiation scenarios informed by your direct deal experience
