Customer Service Advisor with Dutch

Location: On-site in Benalmádena, Málaga, Spain
Schedule: Full-time (Rotating shifts: Mon–Fri 08:00–21:00, Sat 09:00–17:00, Sun 11:00–17:00 with two guaranteed free weekends per month)

About the Role

Are you fluent in Dutch and looking to build an international career in sunny Andalusia? Join a general customer experience team for a thriving e-commerce project based in beautiful Benalmádena, Málaga. In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful guide for Dutch-speaking shoppers, ensuring they receive first-class service across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Communication: Assist customers via phone, email, and Live Chat regarding orders, product details, and special promotions.
- Store & Ticket Management: Process store-redirected calls efficiently and log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Customer Care: Turn complex inquiries or issue escalations into positive experiences through empathetic, professional support.
- Process Excellence:



Adhere to project guidelines and quality benchmarks to consistently maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Future Channels: Opportunity to expand your skill set by handling social media customer inquiries as the role evolves.

What We Are Looking For
- Languages: Native or fluent Dutch combined with good written and spoken English.
- Tech Capabilities: Experience working with CRM software, support ticketing tools, and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Soft Skills: Highly customer-focused, patient, articulate, and calm under pressure.
- Attributes: Punctual, detail-driven, adaptable to change, and eager to master new product information.
- Location: Willingness to work on-site in Benalmádena, Málaga (with relocation support provided if moving to the region).
