As a Cloud Engineer on the G Cloud team, you design, implement, and maintain scalable GCP infrastructure. You will drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC to enable fast, secure software delivery. You’ll partner with development teams to boost performance and reliability and mentor junior colleagues. The role supports Devoteam’s cloud-first mindset, enabling secure, compliant cloud capabilities at scale. This is an opportunity to shape cloud architecture within a cross-functional, technology-driven consultancy. * Architect, deploy, and manage scalable GCP infrastructure * Implement and optimize DevOps practices to streamline processes * Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines * Collaborate with development teams to improve performance and reliability * Analyze and troubleshoot GCP environments * Implement infrastructure as code for automated provisioning * Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure documentation * Continuously evaluate and adopt new cloud technologies * Ensure security best practices and standards compliance * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members * Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in GCP infrastructure analysis and management * Proven experience with cloud migrations to GCP * Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services and best practices * Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools * Excellent scripting skills in Python and Bash * Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) * Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes * Solid understanding of IaC (Terraform) * Experience with monitoring and logging in cloud environments * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities * Fluency in English (B2/C1) * Google Cloud certifications are a plus * communication * problem-solving * Terraform * Docker Senior DevOps Engineer- Google Cloud - madrid madrid, es
