As an Account Manager for Sales Ads Direct, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses advertising on our Client’s platform. We are looking for a resilient, service-oriented professional who excels at building strong business relationships and delivering tailored digital advertising solutions to growing businesses. Your focus will be on retaining and expanding existing client relationships, maximising their investment and ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, media objectives, and challenges, providing tailored advertising strategies that drive measurable results.
Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, present data-driven insights, and continuously optimise advertising strategies.
Work with performance targets and KPIs,



consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention objectives.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with SMB clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and continued investment.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce, including account activity, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
Adapt quickly to evolving client needs, platform updates, and shifting business priorities.
C2 level of English (written and spoken).
At least 18 months of proven experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role, with the ability to quickly build rapport and drive client growth.
Strong capability in creating and presenting digital advertising strategies tailored to small and medium-sized businesses.
