Take full ownership of a BCN Micro-Fulfilment Center, transforming complex supply chain and store logistics into a flawless customer experience. You will build, mentor, and inspire a team of ~30 Front Line Employees and Leads while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through actionable data analysis. Continuously facilitate analysis and dashboards to give visibility on the performance of the main operational KPIs.
Coordinate all the operations of the MFC, both on the Logistics side and the Store.




Work with a cross-functional team (Operations, CatMan, Finance, Health and Safety, Procurement…) to achieve quick and flawless execution.
Lead project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement.
Min of 3 + yr of experience in fast-paced environments (Logistics, operations, Supply, etc.).
A data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
You're highly agile and thrive in ambiguous environments.
English communication is a must.
