We're partnering with a leading automotive group with a growing international B2B business to find a Marketing Growth Manager who will own its marketing strategy and execution from start to finish.
You'll own marketing for a core international B2B business unit, from strategy through execution. You'll work directly with the Sales Director on lead generation, qualification, conversion and retention. Set mid- to long-term marketing goals and turn them into a week-by-week execution plan
Find growth opportunities and priority segments together with business-unit and Sales leadership
Run multichannel campaigns (paid, organic, email, social and content) from brief to optimization
Build and manage marketing automations and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot or a similar tool
Work with the Sales Director and the sales team on lead generation, qualification and conversion
Give the sales team the assets, insights and playbooks they need,



and see them through to implementation
Report on campaign performance, lead flow and marketing ROI, and share trends without being asked
Take projects from kickoff to completion and flag risks early
Must have: fluent English and a strong ownership mindset.
Marketing Experience
~4–7 years of B2B marketing or growth experience
~ Strategic planning and hands-on execution: you've built a plan and personally delivered the results
~ Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (a master's is preferred)
