Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Service Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving profitable growth, strategic market development, and customer penetration of the Transport & Logistics (T&L;) Service business globally. The role serves as the primary link between customers, Market Organizations (MOs), and the Transport & Logistics Strategic Business Unit (SBU), ensuring the successful development, positioning, and execution of service solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.

The BDM develops and executes service growth strategies, drives service portfolio penetration,



supports key customer engagements, and collaborates with Market Organizations to increase service revenue, customer retention, and value realization. This role combines strong commercial leadership, market expertise, and technical understanding to accelerate service business performance within the Transport & Logistics industry.
