WKK is an international family-owned company with more than 40 years of experience in fastening solutions. Cable ties, heat shrink tubing, clips and other cable management solutions: thousands of products that find their way into a wide range of industrial applications every day.

With offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Italy and France, WKK has a strong international foundation. Looking towards 2030, WKK aims to grow by 25% and further strengthen its international position.

Spain is the next important step. The local business is still relatively small today, but the potential is significant. The ambition is clear: to develop Spain into a strong market for WKK and make an important contribution to the company’s continued growth.

YOUR TASK

Based in Madrid or Valencia, you take ownership of your region and drive its growth. You’ll be out in the field meeting OEMs, construction and installation companies, solar installers, truck and trailer manufacturers, and other industrial customers.



Your mission is to identify where WKK’s cable management solutions can add value and turn opportunities into long-term business relationships.

This is not a desk-bound sales role, and there is no one-size-fits-all sales pitch. You’ll be on the road, building relationships, uncovering customer needs and converting opportunities into meetings, projects and revenue. You have the freedom to develop your territory in your own way, while benefiting from the support and expertise of an international organisation.

After one year: your region is firmly on the growth path. You’ve brought in new customers, strengthened existing partnerships and built a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Doubling turnover is within reach. You understand the market, the applications and, most importantly, where the next opportunities for growth can be found.
