What You´ll Do

• Assists in the development and review of long-term supply plans, ensuring accurate data inputs and alignment with demand forecasts
• Executes mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
• Monitors and reports on supply network constraints and under-utilizations, providing detailed data and recommendations to the SC team
• Assists in reviewing inventory policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock to support efficient inventory management
• Helps identify Finished Goods requirements and prepares allocation proposals based on business priorities and market needs
• Provides detailed inputs and reports for regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP;), ensuring alignment with regional supply and demand
• Works closely with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve supply-related issues
• Participates in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy

Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
• 1-2 years of experience In Supply Planning role or related, experience with FMCG business would be advantage
• Fluent English
• Aspiration and motivation to develop your career in Supply Planning environment
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills are required (SAP is an advantage)
• Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the Globe
