I'm Mélody, and I lead Customer Success at MeetingPackage. I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager fluent in Spanish and English to join our lovely team of 6 (soon to be 8) in Spain.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be our customers' primary point of contact, owning the end-to-end relationship, building trust and helping them hit their targets to drive retention and long-term value.

In this role, you will...
• own a portfolio of hotel and venue customers end to end as their strategic partner. You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships with our existing customers to drive retention, renewal and long-term account growth. Read more about our customers here.
• help customers hit their Meetings & Events goals with MeetingPackage. You'll understand their objectives, build success plans and follow up on the results.
• spot signals before they become problems. You'll track usage and engagement, catch adoption gaps or churn risks early, and step in with ideas that add value. You won't wait for customers to come to you.
• grow your accounts. You'll find and close upsell and expansion opportunities, like new modules, venues and properties. You'll also demo new features, build proposals and own your forecast. Learn more about our product updates.
• run regular, data-driven business reviews with your champions and decision-makers to cover adoption, performance and ROI, and align on priorities and our roadmap.
• make AI part of how you deliver value. You'll use AI daily to prep business reviews, spot account risks and draft follow-ups, and help shape how our
