About us

Giralda In & Out is a leading Spanish language school in Seville specialising in educational immersion programmes for international school groups.
We are currently expanding internationally and are looking for a Business Development Executive to help develop new partnerships with educational travel agencies and schools across Europe.

Main Responsibilities include
• Research international educational travel markets.
• Identify potential partner agencies and schools.
• Build and maintain sales pipelines.
• Conduct outreach campaigns.
• Support participation in industry events and fairs.
• Maintain CRM (or similar) and reporting systems.
• Assist in developing commercial materials.
• Help with other required tasks

Requirements
• 2+ years experience in business development, education or international sales.
• Demonstrate excellent command of spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Strong organisational skills.




• Strong professional communication skills (email, phone and face-to-face).
• Experience with LinkedIn and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently.
• Higher Education level studies (in a subject and field relevant to this role)
• Any other qualifications you consider relevant to the job

Desirable
• Experience within education, language travel or educational tourism.
• Additional languages (French or German).

Salary: €1,300 gross/month base salary + Commissions (Up to €1,600 gross/month OTE based on targets).
Job Type: Part-time (25 hours per week).
Payment Schedule: Distributed across 12 monthly payments.
