The OpportunityWe are looking for experienced Freelance Villa Health & Safety Auditors based in:
• Andalusia, Spain
• Croatia
• Italy
• France

Auditors will work within their assigned local area or region and are not expected to cover all four destinations.
This is a freelance, project-based collaboration.



Selected auditors must be self-employed / registered as freelancers and legally able to invoice for the services provided.
The role involves travelling to assigned holiday villas, carrying out structured Health & Safety inspections, collecting photographic evidence and completing digital audit reports.
Key Responsibilities• Visit assigned holiday villas within your designated area
• Carry out on-site Health & Safety audits following HotelCheck procedures and checklists
• Review the main safety aspects of each property
• Collect photographic evidence during each inspection
• Complete digital audit reports after every visit
• Identify and report relevant Health & Safety issues
• Organise and manage assigned visits efficiently
• Communicate professionally with property owners or managers when required

Requirements• Fluent local language – mandatory (Spanish, Croatian, Italian or French, depending on location)
• Good level of English
• Must be self-employed / registered as a freelancer and legall
