Role Description
We are hiring a Tokenomics and Ecosystem Specialist to support economic modeling, incentive design, and blockchain ecosystem research. This remote, Spain-based role focuses on evaluating how token models and governance mechanisms can support sustainable participation and practical Web3 applications.

Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate token utility, distribution, vesting, and incentive models.
Analyze how supply, demand, and participant behavior affect ecosystem sustainability.
Research blockchain projects, governance structures, and community participation models.
Build economic scenarios and assess liquidity, concentration, and incentive-related risks.
Monitor on-chain activity, adoption, user retention, and governance participation.
Prepare research reports and recommendations for product and technical teams.




Evaluate ecosystem partnerships based on strategic fit and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
Experience in tokenomics, blockchain research, economics, financial modeling, or Web3 strategy.
Strong understanding of token utility, incentive design, and decentralized governance.
Ability to build quantitative models and explain assumptions, findings, and limitations.
Familiarity with Ethereum, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and Web3 applications.
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Based in Spain and legally authorized to work in Spain.

Preferred Background
Experience with a blockchain project, DAO, research organization, or fintech company.
Familiarity with Dune, DefiLlama, Token Terminal, Excel, Python, or SQL.
Understanding of public-goods funding, community incentives, and on-chain analytics.

Compensation
€65,000–€95,000 gross per year, depending on experience and responsibilitie
