? About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to grow and retain Sortlist's client base across the Italian market, with additional scope on the Dutch and UK markets.
Based in Madrid (Spain), you will manage a portfolio of agencies and SaaS customers, helping them extract long-term value from Sortlist's ecosystem while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

Sortlist is evolving from a marketplace into a SaaS-first growth platform helping service providers detect demand, access the right contacts, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Italy is one of our highest-potential markets, and the Dutch and UK portfolios need consistent commercial ownership. Your role is to turn product adoption into long-term partnerships, ensuring clients generate measurable business value while identifying opportunities to grow their use of the platform. Your impact will be directly visible in client retention, expansion revenue, and platform adoption.

? Your Responsibilities
• Own and grow a portfolio of clients in Italy,



plus a set of accounts in the Netherlands and the UK.
• Serve as the main point of contact for agencies using Sortlist.
• Drive retention, renewals, expansion, and adoption across the product ecosystem.
• Conduct structured QBRs and define mutual action plans.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage churn risks and commercial conversations proactively.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and accurate forecasts in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve client outcomes.
• Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product and go-to-market decisions.
• Operate with clear weekly KPIs (meetings, calls, account actions) and strong ownership over results.
