operational and cost feasibility check on each site: dining room, ordering/pick-up line, kitchen, storage and service areas

• Prepare clear plans and technical documentation for go/no-go decisions and for negotiations with landlords and mall operators

• Apply planning, activity-licence and F&B; regulations in ES/PT/IT/CH (smoke extraction, occupancy, toilets, accessibility, protected façades, terraces) as well as mall tenant technical manuals

• Spot critical points on floor plans and propose solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer/staff flows

• Keep the technical office's block libraries, templates and construction details up to date

• Manage the department's design and construction technical data
