How You’ll Make An Impact
• Define, implement, and maintain global logistics governance frameworks and standard operating procedures across the Logistics organization.
• Ensure local and regional logistics processes align seamlessly with general corporate guidelines and compliance mandates.
• Conduct regular process audits and governance reviews to identify operational deviations, compliance risks, and areas of vulnerability.
• Collaborate with Digitalization and Functional Excellence teams to optimize and harmonize logistics workflows globally.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics governance, process compliance, and audit-related queries within Logistics.
What You Bring
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have typically 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate governance, logistics planning, or process management within a multinational environment.
• You possess certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) or equivalent governance certification.
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
