Job Summary
The Communications & Events Intern will provide strategic and operational support to Werfen's Communications and Events team in Spain and Portugal in the development and implementation of internal and external communication initiatives, as well as the organization of events and congresses.
This position will work closely with different areas across the organization to contribute to projects that strengthen employee engagement, enhance the company's reputation, and increase the visibility of Werfen's businesses in Spain and Portugal. The intern will also support content creation, event management, and the deployment of communication campaigns aligned with the company’s purpose, values, and strategic priorities

Key Accountabilities
1. Communications and Events Planning & Execution
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and congresses across Spain and Portugal.
• Assist with the logistical organization of meetings, events, conferences, external congresses, as well as the annual internal convention for the Werfen Iberia team.




• Coordinate budgets and collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
• Create and manage project timelines and event planning schedules to ensure the effective organization and execution of internal and external events.
• Support the implementation of communication campaigns and initiatives across multiple corporate channels.

2. Content Development & Management
• Create, adapt, and publish content for internal communication channels (newsletters, intranet, etc.) and external communication platforms.
• Support the development of articles, news stories, corporate communications, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Assist in the creation of visual and audiovisual materials for events and communication campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of messaging in line with Werfen’s corporate identity and communication standards.
