Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the HR department, including payroll processing, and will also participate in some recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee HR administrative processes.
• Handle payroll preparation and review, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Coordinate contract management, employee registrations,



and terminations with Social Security.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and databases.
• Support recruitment and hiring processes.
• Advise employees on HR administrative matters.
• Monitor and stay updated on labor law regulations and legal developments.

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll management.
• Knowledge of Spanish labor law.
• Proficiency in payroll management tools and HR software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
