Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, over 5 days

Job Description
Lineage is currently searching for an Engineering / Service Support Administrator to join our growing team. Adecuado candidates possess experience working within Facilities Management or Engineering maintenance department combined with strong analytical,
presentation and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for supporting the Regional Engineering Manager with Engineering and Maintenance tasks. Engineering Facilities admin planning and support. Flexibility to travel across the region when required to support the R.E.M.
Job Functions
To support the Regional Engineering Manager with:
• Support in the implementation of eMaint and monthly KPIs and Quality Checks per site.
• Optimize corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Optimize planning of technical jobs.
• Optimize contractor management.
• Optimize spare parts usage.
• Manage and maintain Company suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.
• CAPEX projects activities: RFQ/specs, quotation review and other tender activities, CER creation/submission.
• CAPEX, OPEX and Energy related monthly indicators, status, and
