About The Job

MISSION

The Corporate Sales Team in General Markets is looking for someone to join the team as part of the Graduate Program, based in Madrid. The successful candidate will help promote and originate hedging solutions across FX and Rates for corporate clients based in Iberia.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in their daily activities, progressively gaining exposure to client relationship management




• Conduct market and company research, delivering analytical projects, risk memos, and sales materials, gradually executing FX & Rates hedging derivatives with clients
• Participate in conference calls and meetings with internal stakeholder and external clients to present market views and hedging ideas
• Interact with structuring, trading, risk, legal & compliance to develop the business further and to build an internal knowledge on local markets
• Interact with other sales, coverage or product teams to stay abreast of market trends and new products and solutions
• Support in all pre and post trading activity, autonomously interacting with middle office and back office, control functions, structuring and trading (with supervision, when necessary)
• Contribute to the preparation and support of client mapping activities, client events, conferences and seminars
