What are we looking for? ?We are looking for a Global LIMS Coordinator to join our Quality area in Madrid on a permanent basis. This role is key to ensuring the long-term sustainability of the LIMS system, maintaining its validated state, and supporting users and integral teams in a regulated environment.
You will work cross-functionally with departments such as IT, Project Planning, QA, and Global Quality Systems, playing a critical role in system administration, business support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
The challenge ? • Ensure the long-term sustainability of the LIMS system by managing user requests and supporting business needs.
• Administer and maintain the system in a controlled and validated state.
• Process access requests and ensure proper user administration.
• Understand and maintain the system’s master data.
• Support the creation and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training modules.
• Work closely with the business to troublesh
