As an Analyst within our SSL team, you will play an active role in the origination and execution of structured transactions. From day one, you will be involved in complex and challenging projects, benefiting from significant exposure to senior bankers, clients, investors, and external advisers.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to the Vice President, the Director and the Managing Director of SSL Iberia in all required matters for the structuring, origination and execution of structured financing and investment solutions
• Preparing financial modelling
• Preparing marketing materials for clients, documentation for approvals, including drafting of credit applications and more generally all internal approval procedures and the feeding of SG internal tools
