What You Can Expect
• Handling operational customs and foreign trade activities in accordance with established rules, procedures, and centrally defined functional guidelines.
• Maintaining official records relating to excise duties,
customs warehouses, and relevant EMCS flows in compliance with national legislation and centrally defined functional guidelines.
• Monitoring customs procedures for SITE import and export flows.
• Coordinating customs clearance for the import and export of products and materials bought from or sold to third countries.
• Processing and filing export proof requests submitted by the authorities to justify the non-application of VAT.
• Preparing and maintaining customs documentation, including customs warehouses, tariff classifications, and export and import costs, in accordance with the agreed terms.
• Supporting audits and inspections, where applicable.
What You Offer
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a higher academic qualification.
• Advanced spoken and written English (B2 level).
