Responsibilities include:
As Junior Legal Counsel you will work under the direction of the Legal Manager providing assistance in a variety of tasks:
• Corporate law and administrative issues (including the preparation and submission to the authorities of corporate governance documentation, support the finance team in report filling, coordinate with notary and apostille authorities and any others as needed from time to time)
• Contract filling, organisation and administration (reporting due dates, preparing terms summaries, etc.)
• Contract draft and negotiation support
• National and international regulatory updates reviews (especially related to the online gaming sector)
• Review T&Cs; applicable to promotional activities to assure its compliance with local regulation.
• Liaise and coordination with local legal teams in different countries
• Support the compliance team on regulatory issues, particularly in SOX and FCPA regulations, but also on data protection and due diligence requirements

Requirements
• Law Graduate
• Master of Laws graduate (optional, but advantageous)
• Prior work experience would be valued, particularly in in-house legal teams or in a law office
• Full English proficiency (C2 level)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
