This is an opportunity to own the roadmap for critical platforms including UKG Workforce Manager and ADP Payroll, delivering integrated, scalable,



and compliant solutions that support employees around the world. Working at the intersection of HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT, you will help shape the future of workforce technology in a fast-moving global business.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead the technology strategy and roadmap for Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management, aligned to HR, Payroll, and business priorities.
• Serve as the senior IT leader for payroll and workforce management platforms across a global manufacturing environment.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a integral team of IT professionals across delivery, support, architecture, and operations.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives across platforms including Workday, UKG, ADP, ERP, and reporting tools.
