This is a strategic commercial role focused on shaping pricing strategy for a fast-growing European payments business. You’ll own the design, development, testing, and rollout of pricing models and go-to-market approaches across a complex, high-transaction environment. The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Product, giving you broad visibility and influence across the organization. You’ll use market intelligence, financial data, supplier costs, and customer insights to build pricing strategies that protect margins while supporting growth. A key part of the role is creating scalable pricing tools and processes that enable fast, commercially sound decisions across regions and businesses. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded pricing leader to build new capabilities and have a direct impact on profitability and customer value.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, development,



testing, and implementation of new pricing strategies, models, and go-to-market approaches.

• Build strong relationships with Product, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to identify and execute strategic pricing opportunities.

• Partner with Finance to ensure input costs, financial data, and reconciliation processes are accurately reflected in pricing models.

• Work closely with Sales teams to incorporate market feedback into pricing tools, offers, and commercial strategies.

• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure revenue, margin, and profitability are appropriately represented in pricing models and reporting.

• Identify, maintain, and regularly update input pricing for key suppliers and external cost components.
