To support our European Customer Service team, we are looking for aCustomer Service Representative to join us in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).

About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, Europe, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service throughout the entire order management process.
You will work closely with customers, sales teams, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment while proactively addressing customer needs and identifying opportunities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, pricing, and general information.
• Process quotations and customer orders in the ERP system.
• Manage claims, complaints, and order-related incidents.
• Monitor order status and proactively provide updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve availability, delivery, or product-rel
