As Global Commercial Excellence Program Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in driving the execution of Global Commercial Excellence priorities across capabilities, business units, regions, and markets. You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, lead selected cross-functional initiatives, and ensure effective coordination, governance, and follow-through across the Global Commercial Excellence portfolio.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:





• Lead selected General Commercial Excellence priorities and initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring clear objectives, ownership, timelines, and expected outcomes
• Drive day-to-day program and project management across multiple stakeholder groups, capabilities, business units, regions, and markets
• Translate leadership priorities and strategic direction into actionable project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Drive timelines and critical decision points and ensure accountability for agreed actions and deliverables
• Track progress against agreed plans, proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive appropriate follow-up and resolution
• Prepare and facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and key decision-making meetings, ensuring timely preparation and follow-through
