Responsibilities
The Director, Professional Education is a senior leadership role and a critical contributor to the success of CooperSurgical's Fertility business.
Professional Education and Clinical Support are core components of our value proposition, and CooperSurgical is recognized globally for delivering evidence based high-quality training, scientific education across the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) field.
The Director of Professional Education will be responsible for establishing a relevant training program for hCPs (embryologists, clinicians, nurses and scientists) , meeting the needs of the market and ensuring that the right resources are available for training courses.
The Director of Professional Education will be an active part of the team providing hands-on education with demonstration of ART techniques and procedures, such as trophectoderm biopsies and ICSI in connection with evidence based theoretical lecturing.
