Overview

• Proven experience in Social Media, ideally within an agency environment managing multiple clients.

• Ability to develop Social Media strategies from initial planning through execution, optimization, and measurement.

• Experience in Influencer Marketing and managing campaigns with content creators.

• Advanced knowledge of major social media platforms, including their audiences, formats, and communication best practices.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and turn data into strategic decisions.

• Solid understanding of digital trends, social culture, and online community behaviors.





• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in client-facing roles, including presenting strategies and recommendations.

• Strategic mindset, creative judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the Social Media strategy for a range of clients and brands, establishing objectives, audiences, communication territories, platforms, tone of voice, and strategic content pillars.

• Define the content strategy and planning across social media channels, setting editorial guidelines, formats, and approaches tailored to each platform and audience.

• Oversee the planning and execution of social media content and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the defined strategy and business objectives.
