WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing Sales Team. Supporting the Spain market, you'll convert inbound inquiries into sales by building trust, identifying customer needs, and recommending tailored product solutions. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys consultative B2C sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment,



and is motivated by achieving results—without the need for cold outreach.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convert inbound phone and online inquiries into successful sales (no cold outreach).

• Identify customer needs, provide expert guidance, and recommend the best product solutions.

• Actively follow up with customers, manage your sales pipeline, and keep CRM information up to date.

• Support customers throughout the post-order process until successful delivery.

• Work closely with architects and the factory to ensure smooth production and delivery of bespoke products.

• Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and continuously improve sales practices.

• Contribute to elevating our customer support quality to the next level.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Fluency in Spanish (C1+) language and good spoken and written communication in English (B level or above).

• Experience in active sales, preferable in a B2C environment.
