Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our MarTech team at Publicis Groupe.

We are looking for a senior technical profile with a strong software engineering background and deep knowledge of MarTech, particularly across CRM, CDP and Marketing Automation.

This is not a campaign operations role. The person will help our clients understand and evolve their MarTech ecosystems,



define technical solutions and architectures, support new business opportunities and contribute to the development of our own technology and AI products.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical audits and assessments of MarTech ecosystems, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities and defining AS-IS / TO-BE architectures.

• Design MarTech architectures and technology roadmaps, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Participate in RFPs, pitches and technical proposals, defining and presenting the technical approach to clients.

• Act as a technical reference for clients and internal teams across CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation and customer data.

• Lead the technical side of MarTech implementations and integrations, coordinating developers, vendors and client stakeholders.
