Chemours is seeking a Senior Human Resource (HR) Associate to join our growing Total Rewards team. This position will be available at Chemours Spain SL, Av. de los Campones 75, 33211 Gijón (Asturias), Spain and report directly to the Director of Total Rewards & Mobility.

The Senior HR Associate will perform general administrative functions and provide support to the Human Resources department. The idóneo candidate will be an organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly personable individual. The Senior HR Associate must have the ability to think critically and be adaptable to an ever-changing environment.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Facilitate invoice reconciliation process, monitor PO balances and coordinate funding increases when additional budget is required.
• Coordinate and partner with vendors, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Business Stakeholders and VDM
