To strengthen our European Customer Care team, we are looking for an After Sales Technician to support our French-speaking customers from our offices in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).

The Role
As an After Sales Technician, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing warranty claims, technical support requests, product repairs,



and customer inquiries. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping resolve issues efficiently while identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and promote Hayward's solutions.

This position has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and the continued success of our European business.

• Manage warranty claims and after-sales service requests from customers.
