This is a fully remote senior sales opportunity focused on developing commercial relationships across Europe and selected international markets. You’ll own the commercial journey from initial consultation through client onboarding and structured handover to the recruitment team. The role involves engaging directly with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers to understand organizational needs and establish strong commercial partnerships. You’ll combine consultative selling, strategic judgment, and relationship management in an international environment. Success will depend on your ability to manage multiple commercial conversations while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism and follow-through. Accountabilities:

• Lead high-level commercial conversations with senior stakeholders,



business leaders, and executive decision-makers across European and selected international markets.

• Assess prospective clients’ organizational requirements, business context, and objectives to determine strategic fit.

• Guide prospective clients through the commercial engagement process, from initial consultation through agreement and onboarding.

• Represent the organization professionally and credibly across different industries, markets, cultures, and business environments.

• Prepare clear written follow-ups, including meeting summaries, proposals, supporting materials, and next steps.

• Maintain consistent communication with prospective and newly onboarded clients throughout the commercial lifecycle.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and well-structured client onboarding.
