Senior IT Business Manager (M/F)
?Madrid (Spain) - ? Experience: 5+ years in an IT consulting / engineering services company

Build a business almost from scratch - without starting from zero.

CELAD is accelerating its growth in Spain, with one clear first priority: develop our business in Madrid, before gradually expanding across the rest of the country.

To lead this development, we are looking for our future Senior IT Business Manager in Madrid.
Your mission: grow the business, open new accounts, build your client portfolio and gradually develop your local sales, recruitment and consulting teams.

This is a genuinely entrepreneurial opportunity, but you will not be starting with a blank sheet. You will be able to draw on CELAD's 30+ years of experience in France, our client references, expertise and teams to support your business development.

You will build locally, backed by the strength of an established group.

? First priority: grow CELAD in Madrid
Your first objective will be to establish CELAD sustainably in the Madrid market.

In practical terms, you will:

• prospect and open new client accounts
• grow your network and build long-term client relationships
• understand your prospects' and clients' IT and/or industrial challenges and projects
• qualify their needs and build the right commercial proposals
• draw on relevant CELAD references and expertise to strengthen your approach
• negotiate and manage opportunities through to closing.

You will have real commercial autonomy, without working in isolation. CELAD's teams in France, their market knowledge and the Group's client references will be there to strengthen your positioning and support you in opening new accounts.

? Build your own teams
Initially, you will be able to rely on CELAD's recruitment teams in France to support your hiring needs.

At the same time, the goal is to quickly build your own recruitment team in Madrid. You will have a direct say in who joins your team, based on the needs of you
