We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Product Manager to drive our core automation engine for KYC and document verification. Your mission is clear: replace manual operational work with intelligent automation.
You will focus on optimizing how we read, analyze, obscure, and fraud-check documents using OCR, computer vision, LLMs, and custom ML models.
One of your main focuses will be online assisted online verification. This is a heavy back-end, high-efficiency role — there's virtually no consumer UI/UX or A/B testing here. You will sit at the intersection of complex technical systems, internal stakeholder needs (primarily Customer Success Managers), and rapid AI-driven automation.
