We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Account Management Senior Associate to join our Client Management team. As an Account Management Senior Associate, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless account management, supporting retention strategies, and contributing to business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with commercial awareness, negotiation capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

YOUR JOB:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Support the management and retention of a portfolio of international clients,



ensuring service commitments and client expectations are consistently met.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve client satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Participate in client and broker meetings, preparing commercial analyses, renewal strategies, and service reviews.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, claims, finance, and product teams to deliver effective and timely solutions for clients.
• Support renewal negotiations by gathering market intelligence, analyzing account performance, and preparing client recommendations.
• Proactively manage client queries, escalations, and service concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining client confidence.
